Pushp Steels & Mining to set up integrated steel plant at Borai in Durg district of Chhattisgarh. The project involves expanding Integrated Special Steel Plant (0.40 MTPA) with Captive Power Plant (24 MW). The total project cost is estimated at Rs. 3800 million.

Integrated steel complex via DRI-IF-LRF-CCF route using its own captive power plant will be installed. Sponge Iron Plant, Captive Power Plant and automobile manufacturing facility will be provided. Billets will be manufactured via IF, LRF, continuous caste route and used for manufacturing automobile components. Coal will be beneficiated in a washery, which will be set up close to coal source to reduce ash. No sinter and pellet plant will be installed.
