Prime Ispat is planning to expand the Steel Plant at Bana in Tendua Road in Raipur district of Chhattisgarh. The project involves increasing the capacity of Structural Rolling Mill from 1,08,000 MTPA to 1,20,000 MTPA, Induction Furnace with Caster unit 1,80,000 MTPA and Ferro Alloy Plant 30,000 MTPA.

Bajrang Power & Ispat is planning to set up an Integrated Steel Plant at Tandwa & Kundru in Block Tilda in Raipur district of Chhattisgarh. The proposed plan will have facilities like 0.60 MTPA Sponge Iron (5x0.12 MTPA), 0.40 MTPA Hot Re-rolling Mill (2x0.20 MTPA), 2.40 MTPA Coal Washery (2x1.20 MTPA), 100 MW Captive Power Plant (2x25 MW), Steel Melting Shop with Continuous Casting Machine 1.00 MTPA, Coke oven Battery 0.5 MTPA, 0.7 MTPA Sinter Plant (2x24 sq.meter), 0.55 MTPABlast Furnace (2x262 m3), 500 TPD Oxygen Plant, 0.60 MTPA Pelletisation Plant, 36,000 TPA Ferro alloy Plant, 0.6 MTPA Iron ore beneficiation Plant.

Fortune Metaliks is planning to expand the Steel Plant The project involves installation of Ferro Alloys Plant (27,000 TPA), Induction Furnace (2,34,000 TPA) and Rolling Mill (3,90,000 TPA) at Patwari Halka in Kaspada in Bilaspur Highway in Raipur in Chhattisgarh. The proposed project will have facilities like Rolling mill 3,94,800 TPA, Induction furnace with CCM along with LRF 2,58,000 TPA and Ferro alloy plant 27,000 TPA.
